Our Platform:

We believe in life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Freedom of Speech and the right to petition the government — The right to free speech, peaceably assemble, and petition the government is a critical right in a free society. Federal, state, and local governments should not pass any law: statute, ordinance, or resolution against peacefully assembling or petitioning on public land or property.

The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms - The United States Supreme Court has declared that the right of the citizens to keep and bear arms is a core right, equal to all the others (speech, assembly, etc.), not a privilege. The right to bear arms is necessary to defend life, liberty, and property. Federal, state and local government should not pass any law, statute, ordinance that absolutely prohibits the right of a lawfully eligible citizen to own and/or carry a firearm. Federal, state and local law enforcement shall not enforce any law that infringes on the right to own and/or carry a firearm.

Government of, by, and for the People – The Government (federal, state, and local) is composed of us, the people. Government derives its power from the people, not the other way around. We the people elect the representatives who form the government. The government is conducted by us, the people. Either directly or through our elected representatives. The government exists for the benefit of the people. The government's purpose is to serve the people, ensuring their safety and protecting their rights.

Role of Local government - The role of local government is to ensure the safety of the residents by providing law enforcement and other critical emergency services. Supports the creation of economic development by growing and improving local infrastructure.

Election Integrity – Voting is the right and duty of every eligible citizen Federal, state, and local elections should be conducted fairly and transparently and on paper ballots. Only eligible us citizens shall be allowed to vote in federal, state and local elections. ID, and proof of eligibly shall be required to vote. Further, the Constitution dictates that the authority over election law and procedures lies with the state legislatures. Therefore ANY modifications to election law and procedures made by the Federal government or other branches of the state governments, without ratification by the relevant state legislature, are unConstituional.

Definitions and Rights of a Woman – A woman is defied biologically by XX chromosomes and female reproductive/sexual anatomy. Biological women have the right to be and feel safe and secure in public restrooms, changing rooms, locker rooms, showers, etc. No government federal, state, local or school board shall allow biological males with XY chromosomes and male reproductive/sexual anatomy to use and/or occupy public restrooms, changing rooms, locker rooms, showers, etc., intended or labeled for the use of women or girls. No female sports program funded by public funds shall allow a biological male to compete or compete against a biological female.

Parental Rights - The liberty of parents to direct the upbringing, education, and care of their children is a fundamental right. The parental right to direct education includes the right to choose, as an alternative to public education, private, religious, or home schools, and the right to make choices within public schools for one's child.
